The Fairhaven Eichler is a 1960 home originally designed by developer Joseph Eichler and architects A. Quincy Jones and Frederick Emmons. Reimagined by Olivier Designs, the home was transformed through a comprehensive renovation that balanced the clean geometry of Eichler architecture with a softer, more natural material palette.

Warm woods, honed stone, and custom millwork bring depth and texture to the interiors, while preserving the openness and indoor-outdoor flow that define the original design. Throughout the home, thoughtful detailing and carefully selected materials create spaces that feel calm, grounded, and connected to the surrounding landscape.
